Boise Professional Tree Removal
We are a tree removal company based in Boise, Idaho, serving homeowners and businesses from the North End to the Bench and out to Eagle and Meridian. When a tree is dead, dying, storm-damaged, or simply growing into your house, foundation, or power lines, removing it is the safe and responsible choice — and it's the job we do most. Our climbers take down trees of every size, including the towering cottonwoods and silver maples that the Treasure Valley is full of.
Taking a big tree apart over a yard full of fences, sheds, gardens, and rooflines is not a DIY project. We use proper rigging to lower limbs in controlled sections, drop the trunk only where there's room, and protect everything below. The result is a tree that comes down on our terms, not gravity's.
When to Remove
Not every troubled tree needs to go, but some clearly do: trees that are more than half dead, ones with large cracks or cavities in the main trunk, those leaning sharply after a storm, or species planted too close to the home. If you're unsure, we'll give you an honest opinion — sometimes a good pruning is all that's needed, and we'll tell you so rather than sell you a removal.
Tight-Access Removals
Many older Boise neighborhoods have narrow side yards and big trees crowded between houses. These tight-access removals are a specialty of ours. We climb and rig rather than rely on heavy equipment that can't fit, so we can safely remove a tree even when there's only a few feet of clearance on either side.
Our Tree Removal Process
Free On-Site Estimate
We walk the property, assess the tree and the obstacles around it, and give you a clear written price with no obligation.
Safe, Rigged Takedown
Our climbers section the tree and lower the pieces with ropes, protecting structures, landscaping, and your neighbor's yard.
Full Cleanup & Haul-Off
We chip the brush, haul the wood, rake the debris, and leave the site clean. Stump grinding is available as an add-on.
What It Costs
Tree removal pricing isn't one-size-fits-all, and any company that quotes a flat number over the phone is guessing. The real drivers are the tree's height and trunk diameter, the species and how brittle or heavy the wood is, how close it sits to your home or the neighbor's, whether a chipper and truck can reach it, and what sits directly underneath. A modest backyard tree with clear access is straightforward; a sixty-foot cottonwood wedged between two houses with a power line running through it is a different job entirely. We look at all of it in person, explain what makes your tree easy or tricky, and put a firm number in writing — so the price you're quoted is the price you pay.
